1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of Reel Raven. By creating an account you confirm you have read, understood and accepted them in full. The site is operated under license ALSI-202502014-FI1 issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to register. You must not be a resident of any restricted territory listed during signup. Self-excluded players or those barred from licensed gambling operators are not permitted to register.
3. Account rules
One account per person, household, IP address and payment method. Accounts must be registered with accurate personal details. Sharing accounts, registering on behalf of someone else, or using another person's payment method is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
4. Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits clear instantly to the player wallet. Withdrawals are paid back to the same method used for the deposit wherever possible, or to a verified bank account. KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal and may be requested at any time. Crypto withdrawals are processed in the same currency as the original deposit.
5. Bonus terms
All bonuses are subject to the General Promotions and Bonus Terms displayed at the time of claim. Real money is always wagered before bonus money. Maximum bet while a bonus is active is €5. Bonus abuse, including the use of betting systems such as Martingale on bonus money, is grounds for forfeiture.
6. Fair play
All games are provided by independent licensed studios and run on certified RNGs. Reel Raven reserves the right to investigate and void any winnings derived from collusion, exploit of game faults, or any form of manipulation.
7. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". Reel Raven is not liable for losses caused by player error, internet connection failures, or acts of force majeure. Maximum liability under any circumstances is capped at the player's wallet balance.
8. Dispute resolution
Disputes should first be raised with customer support via live chat or email. Unresolved disputes can be escalated to the Anjouan licensing authority. These terms are governed by the laws of the Anjouan jurisdiction.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes are communicated via email and on-site notification. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
